HIRE A TOP CLASS REAL ESTATE AGENT
WHO WILL INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE
Marilyn Almeida’s career started over thirty years ago in the customer service and sales fields. Achieving success in these areas, Marilyn transitioned into training and development and helped others excel in delivering top notch client service while attaining their sales goals. Then seeking further challenges and wanting to fulfill her entrepreneurial spirit, she started a business partnership with her husband, in the custom finishing and antique restoration industry. Together they took what was once a hobby and in a few short years developed it into a successful business, which her husband still operates today. Marilyn then decided it was time to follow another long time passion of hers: real estate and is excited to put her energy and diligence to work on her clients’ behalf. With a love of all things home related, Marilyn will not only ensure a smooth and positive experience during what is one of the most significant financial transactions of your life but she will provide you with the advice and help you need to showcase your home at its best. Marilyn’s professional and comprehensive marketing plan along with her strong positive negotiation skills are sure to lead you to a successful sale or purchase. This all contributed to Marilyn being a consistent sales and customer service award winner at Coldwell Banker R.M.R. Real Estate, Brokerage. 2019 brought exciting changes as she along with a few fellow realtors opened their own satellite office at 237 Queen St., in downtown historic Port Perry, under the Right At Home Realty Inc, Brokerage name. There she has continued her success both with demonstrated client focused service and yearly sales awards.
As a resident of Durham Region, living with her husband and daughter in the quaint town of Cannington, Marilyn is and has been actively involved in many community events such as the Cannington Dog Sled Races and Winter Festival, the Cannington Haunted Trail, the Port Perry RibFest and has taken part in the Hospital Auxiliary Polar Plunge, raising funds to help support the Port Perry medical facility. She is also a member and part of the executive for the Brock Board of Trade. Another very dear cause to her is her yearly 10K run in support of Campfire Circle, a privately funded, nonprofit oncology camp that brings laughter and joy to kids and families affected by childhood cancer.
